Account & Registration

Visit 777pk.im and click the Register button. Fill in your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Choose a secure password and submit the form. You'll receive an OTP on your registered mobile — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and it's completely free.

You must be at least 18 years old to register with 777 pk. We strictly enforce this. You'll be asked to confirm your age during registration, and we may request a copy of your CNIC or passport to verify your date of birth before processing larger withdrawals. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is immediately suspended and all deposits are returned.

No. 777 pk enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Opening multiple accounts — even under different names or email addresses — results in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option or contact us at support@777pk.im instead of creating a new account.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new password, and you're back in. If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with, email support@777pk.im with your registered mobile number and we'll help you regain access.

Log in to your 777 pk account and go to Account Settings. Most basic details like your contact preferences can be updated directly from there. Changes to core information such as your registered name or mobile number may require identity verification — contact support@777pk.im for assistance. 777 pk does not allow changes to name or date of birth without valid documentation.

To close your account permanently, email support@777pk.im from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". We'll process your request and confirm by email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you're considering closure because of gambling concerns, we recommend trying our self-exclusion or cooling-off tools first.

Deposits & Payments

777 pk accepts all the payment methods commonly used in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR. We do not accept third-party payments — the payment method must be registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit on 777 pk is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification under our compliance procedures. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion involved.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your 777 pk account within minutes — usually instantly. IBFT bank transfers typically take a few minutes to one hour during banking hours, though they can occasionally take longer depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit is pending for more than two hours, contact support@777pk.im with your transaction reference number.

First, check your payment app or bank statement to confirm the transaction was successfully debited. If it was deducted but hasn't appeared in your 777 pk balance after two hours, email support@777pk.im with: (1) your registered email or mobile number, (2) the transaction date and time, (3) the amount in PKR, and (4) your transaction reference or screenshot. Our team will locate the payment and credit it manually if needed.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on 777 pk is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, the bonus portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met — only your real-money balance is available.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed the same day, often within a few hours. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are completed within one to two business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days. 777 pk processes all withdrawal requests promptly — delays are usually on the bank or payment provider side.

Bonuses & Promotions

After completing registration, make your first deposit of at least Rs 500. The 100% welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically — you don't need to enter a bonus code unless you have a specific promo code from a campaign. The bonus is added on top of your deposit, effectively doubling your starting balance.

Wagering requirements mean you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus as real cash. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. During registration, there is a "Promo Code" field in the registration form. If you have a valid promo code, enter it there before completing your registration. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively after an account is created. Most bonuses are credited automatically within a few minutes of the qualifying action (such as a deposit). If your bonus hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check that you met all the qualifying conditions — minimum deposit amount, correct payment method, and any promo code requirements. If everything looks correct but the bonus is still missing, email support@777pk.im with your account details and transaction reference.

Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your 777 pk account, go to Account Settings, and find the Security section. Enable 2FA and follow the instructions to link your mobile number. Once activated, 777 pk will send a one-time OTP to your phone each time you log in from a new device. This is strongly recommended for all 777 pk accounts.

Our team will temporarily suspend your account to prevent any further unauthorised activity while we investigate. You should also change the password on your email account if you use the same or similar credentials elsewhere. 777 pk will never ask for your password — if anyone claiming to be 777 pk asks for it, ignore and report it to us.
